A roundup of the trends that ARTA is seeing across the country. In summary, we are able to fulfill shipments with confirmed dates anywhere in the United States.
There has been a gradual resuming of operations in the U.S. among Fine Art transportation and storage companies. Below are the trends ARTA is seeing across the country. In summary, ARTA is able to fulfill shipments with confirmed dates anywhere in the United States. (International shipping is fully operational as well, and we are able to ship anywhere in the world.)
New York City has several companies that are now completing postponed jobs and accepting new jobs for local transport within the tri-state area. While several warehouses remain closed, others are available for receive in or release during reduced business hours, by appointment only. NY-based companies that offer road shuttle service throughout the US are also offering confirmed shuttle dates that begin in late May/early June.
Shuttle service between LA and San Francisco is now resuming with almost regular bi-weekly occurrences. Local collections and deliveries in those areas are now possible, though with companies operating on a reduced staff. Fine Art storage warehouses continue to require appointments in order to open for receive in/release, but are increasingly able to accommodate.
Shuttle service between NYC to areas in the Midwest (Chicago end point) and NYC to areas in the South (Florida end point) is also resuming, with an expected return to full capacity by mid-June.
