The integration will provide automated shipping solutions for auction houses and buyers on the world’s largest online auction marketplace for one-of-a-kind items.
Today, we announced our API integration with LiveAuctioneers. Through the integration, LiveAuctioneers now offers the 5,000+ premier auction houses on their platform the ability to show buyers instant shipping quotes that can be booked during the checkout process. ARTA will also provide fulfillment services on behalf of the auction houses.
The API integration with LiveAuctioneers allows auction houses to deliver an elevated customer experience with no additional overhead, and joins a robust suite of services and features LiveAuctioneers offers to more than 5,000 premier auction houses worldwide. LiveAuctioneers data shows that auction houses who offered a transparent and seamless shipping experience saw twice the rate of returning buyers in 2019. And now, for no added cost, ARTA’s premium logistics services will be available to auction houses on LiveAuctioneers as a service they can extend to their customers. The integration will launch with sales at Gray’s Auctioneers, Neue Auctions, Helmuth Stone Gallery, and select others at the end of Q1.
